i have a query that we have purchase our adjecant factory and try to do the productin on that company . what is the legal obligation in this case? what we have to do as an HR. either in our existing copmany name we can run the plant or we have to take seperate registeration under the various law. our company is saying that we will make new factory as a branch office.
please suggest me.
because previously this company was with other name.
