Wil anybody able to tell me what is ATTRITION? and the attrition formula I Do not know it iam working in a software concern and iam handling 100 people here i require to handle the performance apprisal and induction which i do not know.
Readers if u come to know about these kindly, let me know what type of performance appraisal will take place in a software organisation and also the type of induction programme.
