One member of our company joined PF after the age of 58 years and after 2 years he died while in service. His wife filed claim form 10d for eps final settlement withdraw but PF department rejected the application for age issue. They advised to fill form 10c for the eps pension final settlement. His wife filed form 10c for pension withdraw but the PF department rejected again they give a reason that eps should not be remitted after attaining member age of 58 years.
