Hello,
I resigned my co without serve notice period. Because of that my employer not given signature on my P.Fund withdrawal form.
I submit my KYC document online. But my form not accepted in PF office, they said your KYC not approve from your employer.
What can i do?? Please help...

once the employee is left the service and it is intimated to EPFO in returns, the employer can not upload or approve the document with dsc as the employee is not available on his portal
meet the employer and submit your forms for attestation , employer may delay the same but can not deny the EPF forms,
however if you are employed at any other place, then you are not eligible to withdraw, but you can make transfer claim, by getting the present signature on the form

Find out from PF Office, PF Nominated Members who can Sign PF Withdrawal Forms apart from Previous Employer.Intimate in writing about Refusal of Employer to Sign your PF Withdrawal Forms.But, ensure that you are not in Employment

If an employee has left a company, the employer is not signing the PF withdrawal form. Is it possible the same to be signed and attested/certified by some other Gazetted Officer.
Reply urgently please.

Yes, PF Withdrawal Forms can also be Signed by Following Authorized Officers:
1.A Gazetted Officer
2.Post Master
3.Member of Parliament
4.M.L.A
5.Manager of the Bank in which SB Account is maintained
6.Member of Central Board of Trustee/Regional Committee-EPF
