Mr. Puri
Dear Sir, Good Morning to all,
I would like to discuss with you on recent disparity and unfair activity happening in our organization. Since Dec 2016 I am engrossed with Account dept. as an Accounts Executive with CTC of 18000/-(in hand Rs Rs. 15472/-) and after assessment of current profile by Management they have done increment of Rs. 500/- only. Now few doubt arises:
1. Why They are not providing me basic salary according to ESI act (gazette notification Jan 2017).
2. As I am pursuing probation period, am I eligible for departmental transfer from Accounts dept. to Examination dept during probation period(Please elaborate as per Labour Law)?
3. I am victim of salary disparity and unfairness done by Management, could you please suggest some needful actions to safeguard my career in terms of growth and salary.
Thank you.

Dear Mr Puri, you are referring to which ESI Act? Why They are not providing me basic salary according to ESI act(gazette notification Jan 2017) Please be careful & apply your mind while posting such things
what do you mean by "As I am pursuing probation period" are you a Probationer?
How do you consider yourself eligible for "Examination Dept" Please contact your Employer regarding Transfer. In this particular case, Labour Laws have no role to play
Please focus on your present Job, acquire Knowledge, Contribute to the growth of the Organization.Have patience. Please focus on getting your Service Confirmed by successfully completing Probation Period.Evaluate your Strength & weakness.Overcome your weakness
