Moreover a Office Boy work involves collection, distribution of documents, carrying files from one table to another, filing of documents, Photo Copy, cleaning of table top, serving of tea, coffee & snacks to staffs and other petty works of the office (generally staff does not do).
In my view the designation "Office Boy" is okay but should have detailed job description but should not be same with the act of an office assistant (all work of semi-skill nature) to avoid future complication.
