My query is that in many interview the HR asks about how to do bulk hiring? So i need to know tge appropriate answer for the question..

You can ask a counter question.... Bulk hiring for what position, whether freshers or experienced ? This is how you can show your smartness.
Bulk hiring is done for casual / contract labour for constructing or infrastructure development. Contracts take people from Orissa, Bihar, UP and Jharkhand where people are badly in need of daily job....
Bulk hiring can also be done for recruitment of freshers at entry level like Diploma or Graduate Engineers from Engineering Colleges and Polytechnics.
These are two facets of bulk hiring as far as I know. Otherwise, bulk hiring is possible where a new organisation requires for a newly started manufacturing unit where the help of placement consultants, newspaper advertisements and also job portals are used to call a large number of candidates for selection and short listing.
