We newly erected a Solar power plant factory in tamilnadu. Its is 100 MW unit. It is power generation unit. That registration fees depends upon the HP.
In generation side it is Above 10000 HP
In consumption side is only around below 500HP.(Some motors and light and compressor)
Now my question is what is the factory act registration fees for above unit. Shall we pay the registration fees for 10000 hp or 500HP
