I just wanted a clarification here, can we appoint a badli worker against any leave of a permanent worker or only for annual leaves or for any long leaves. Why I am asking is because in our company mostly workers are absent on regular basis so we have space to fill daily, can we appoint them against multiple workers who are absent on causal or sick leave? or just to appoint a badli against a particular worker and for only his leaves.
