I need an advice about the diploma course of ISTD . I am MBA in HR Plus I have an experience as an consultant trainer in an life insurance company. So I just wants to know is it fruitful to join this course or not. As this is an distance learning program so please guide what else I could join for better learning. Actually I have an interest in giving soft skill training.
