I understand from your post that you would like to know how to create a password for an excel sheet in MS office.
When you complete working on an excel sheet in File Menu go to save as function. you will get the save as dialogue box on which you will find tools option at the right hand side and you click on it you will get a drop down and you will find general options. You click on them then you will get password creation option you follow the instructions and give your password to open and also to modify.

you need a list of passwords in an excel sheet or need to set password for an excel sheet. Please be specific dude....:)

I think Mr. Bhuvesh Babu is asking for Password to unprotect the sheet in same file. Since its a protected sheet he is not able to look at the formulas. Thanks Alim Manyar

In office 2007 open the document then Click>the top office 2007 button and click>prepare tab then click>encrypt document then enter the desire password.
*Use an Alpha numeric password.
