Dear friends--as a manager i have observed that there is a lot of confusion about understanding leadership ,leadership styles and how to use different styles in different situation.
This presentation i have prepared specially for new managers and not for senior managers so i have not discussed all styles of leadership but only those useful for middle managers and front line managers.
