I\'m working in very big retail company also i\'m in Prohibition period, 2 months before i met with an accident and got my knee hurt, Last week on Sunday i felt pain very badly and i went to doctor for check up and he advised for MRI scan,( as per scan report, I have to go through surgery) henceforth i was not able to go for my job, which i communicated by SMS to every higher authorial ,Even though they have sent warning letter by speed post to my home
Please advice me can I challenge this letter
