Hi,

You need to send a warning letter to the absconded employee stating that " As per our Attendance records you are not reporting to office with effect from___ without any information/justification to your Superior. You have grossly shirked your responsibilities, by staying away from duty without sufficient cause, reason or information thereby acting in a manner prejudicial to the interest of the Organization. On a scrutiny of the inventory register maintained by you it is observed that there seems to be lot of mismatch between actual stock and inventory register. You are hereby directed to report to office and hand over every thing properly failing severe disciplinary action will be initiated against you"

You may send the warning letter through RPAD and then ascertain the actual stock vis-a-vis inventory register. If the mismatch is very much on the higher side and if the cost involves is huge then you can inform the employee that Company might lodge Policy complaint as well.

Hii you can write a notice like this one
Dear Store In-charge,

We hope this message finds you well. It has come to our attention that you have left the organization without providing any prior information or conducting a proper handover of your responsibilities. This has resulted in several shortages being discovered in the store.

We kindly request you to immediately reach out to us and provide a detailed explanation regarding your sudden departure and the lack of handover. It is crucial for us to understand the situation and address the inventory shortages effectively.

Your prompt response in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

HKT
