Dear Jaspal
He is eligible only for Leave pay/Leave wages for the days he worked, i.e., 1 day Leave pay for every completed 20 days work. Except his leave wages he is not eligible for any other pay (Notice Pay or Retrenchment Compensation)

Dear Jaspal,
When you are not retrenching the workman then why you will pay any amount of retrenchment compensation to this workman ? He is not eligible for any retrenchment compensation in this case.
