I am managing a company with 40 people and its a web development company. I have always been confused with what should my payslip look like. It is also becoming very important for me to issue pay slips to meet the demand of my employees.
I have seen a couple of payslips issued by other companies and really could not figure out as to how should I do the breakup to fill the HRA, Basic etc. My salary disbursement is made after deducting P.Tax.
I am really looking for help in terms of a payslip and what it should contain for a company like mine. Please ask me any questions that you will need to know.

Hi Saurav,
Hope this may help you .
The earnings calculation will be Basic 50% , HRA 30%, conveyance -800 and the balance amount you bring it under special allowance.
If there is any ESI , PF, PT , Loans/advance you can deduct it as well.
You will get pay slip's format in this site.

I would suggest you not to go for outsourcing this service. The reason is bcz ur company is small. I dnt think it would want to spend right now on such services. Do more of search in this area and u will find the answer.
