Im looking for a list of technical trainings for a MANUFACTURING FIRM. I have 60 staff and 200 odd shopfloor employees.
I have jotted down a list of common ones that i could find after going through this site.. Id appreciate if more could be added depending on the ones conducted in your organisation.
The technical trainings are for Production, Assembly, QC, and Stores.

You can also think about 8 D Problem Solving, Industry Standards based on your Industry, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Processes as applicable. Basically work on as much hands on or practical trainings as possible as that is important for operators.

5. Lean Manufacturing Process
6. APQP -(Approved Product Quality Process)

These training programs are applicable based on the Industry process, Hence please update your Industry process to suggest you suitably.
