I newly join as a Hr in one retail Orgnisation.But getting confused if i need to write any letter to any Gov. Authorities like PF , ESIC office etc. Can any one guide me about how to write letter to Gov. Bodies.How to user higer level language. Is their any book or websignt who guide in this regards.
