Yup we did implement PMS,when ever u r implementing it one should be sure of who wanted to implement it.Had it initiated from HR department or from the management.
If it is from HR side,do u have complete backing of management?? effectiveness of the PMS is partially dependent on the endorsement of same by the management too.
