In general, an incumbent should have MSW, Master's degree/ PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations are the qualification for welfare officer. You can checkup with the state rules to know whether there is any changes made at present juncture. You can verify it from the office of the Inspector of Factories or from the office of District Labour office.
