How to control frequent employee taking leaves?
We brought additional incentives and cash encashment for not taking more leaves, but still, employees used to take leaves. In such case, what other criteria shall be done?

First ascertain the frequency of leaves availed by the individual employee and also the reason behind the same. If leaves are availed for genuine reasons then the same should be considered.

Also analyse the working hours of the employees whether the nature of work involve much stress which is resulting in leaves?

The sanctioning superior should check the reason for leave. For sick leaves for more than 3 days should be justified with proper medical leave.

To conclude leaves are provided to avail but employees availing habitual leaves should be monitored and counselled.
