We are generating empty barrels having traces of chemicals as a hazardous waste from my process in manfacturing unit . The Barrels are now being store as a hazardous waste . Can i wash the Barrels from water and water from my this process may be stored in a empty syntex tank , The water from this Tank can be taken in to my sewage treatment plant after making proper dilution or neutralice it . Is this decontamination will be allowed and need to take permisssion for extra waste category from my decontamination process from pollution cantrol Board under New waste category under factory PCB conscent
Secondly my sludge generated from Sewage treatment plant is Non HAZARDOUS , Will adding waste and neutralised water make any changes in my Sludge generation characteristics
