I am having confusion that which contract labour rules are applicable in Haryana. Central Rules or States Rules.
The confusion starts because in Haryana Labour Law website i.e hrylabour(dot)gov(dot)in there is a list of laws on the above of them it is written that "The Labour Department Haryana under the charge of Labour Commissioner implements the following Central and State enactments " and there Central Contract Labour Rules are given but apart from this Haryana Contract Labour RUles, 1975 also exists.
Help me out.

Of course, as stated by you this web-site creates confusion by providing central Rules in place of Haryana Rules. Haryana labour department is to implement The Haryana Contract Labour (R&A) Rules, 1975 & not the Central Rules to the establishments for whom the appropriate Govt. is Haryana Govt. They should have provided us the state Rules in place of central Rules.
