Dear fatima.s23,
If you're making a report on training manual and you feel the need to write to a forum requesting brainstorming questions and discussion exercises, there is something seriously wrong.
The things you are looking for here, are the very source of a training manual in any organisation. If you want first class material to make your document original and effective, don't write here. Speak to those in your organisation who are going to be trained from whatever you write in the training manual. Get first hand concerns, opinions, questions, discussion points etc... from those who stand to benefit from your efforts.
I am sure that someone will give you the points you have asked for in the topic. However, the question you should really be asking here is 'how can I write a report on a training manual?' And, then, I am sure many senior trainers and similar will be more than willing to help you, including me. Because, remember, no one wants to spoon feed anyone. But, everyone wants to help someone become equipped with a skill!
Good luck! But, if your organisation is really serious about their training manual and want it to have some real value, (and you're not too confident that you can deliver that), please contact me on the details below and we'll come and meet with your senior leadership team to take things forward from there.
