there are lot of welfare activity. some are common and many welfare activity are linked with the company policy. some of the common welfare activity that prevails in all the industries are
1. canteen facilities
2.presenting gift vouchers for employees who gets married (only for the first time)!!!!!!!!!!.
3.send greeting card for birthdays
4.monthly get together along with the employees
5.yearly vacation along with families
6.suggestion scheme- award for the best suggestions
7.awards and gifts for long service employees. 5 yrs, 10 yrs, 20 and 30 yrs etc.,
8.medical benefits
9.coverage of employees under some insurance policies
10.transportation facilities for employees
11.in case of female employees, create an ladies forum and provide the monthly some personal requirements for them.
12.House visits for those employees who are sick.
and many more. just think over that facilitiate mankind is a welfare activity.
