i would like to thank you for posting this vital information.....in fact i had a take on this ranking system...at humour section.... if u went through that and started this...then i am the happiest person....i also appreciate your way of service delivery...itz real fast.....sometimes i feel that you are right next to me and understanding what is going on in my mind..... this what i call interactive media in real sense( where nothing goes unnoticed, immediate feedback is given). please ensure that you keep up ur quality standards....infact i would say that other sites like H.R.com should take a cue from u people..........keep up the good work guy(z)...

I never knew the Demotion will take place...:shock: Anywayz interesting rankings... 8) . Hope this will make lot of contribution to this Cite. Whatz happening to the Cite HR T shirt and... one more suggestion, :idea: why dont you send some mails to the inactive users/ those who are active earlier and now inactive so you can remind about new Cite HR features, so that they can also contribute again!!

Thanx 4 the post..everytime, i visisted the site, used 2 wonder who gives n more importantly how r ratings given. may times, thought of writing 2 u n finding it out bt then used 2 get involved in reading or responding 2 some topic, n it never happenned. m glad this information is made publicly known.
is a gud means of motivating the members .
At the same time m sure there r lots of members who r beign benefitted by the extensive knowledge sharing that takes place through this cite , but arent coming in oicture (are inactive in posting comments n articles). i feel this is a gr8 medium 4 junior as well as senior HR practioners 2 keep their learning curve rising. So lets all make sincere efforts 2 make the most of this site...we r all hard pressed 4 time i know, but devoting a few minutes a day 4 learning, sharing n enhacing our knowledge is surely a gud bargain..

Hi Vishal, it's true that you brought it back in front but we've been working on the ranking system for a few weeks before your posts. I think the first knock on the door was by Ajmal who asked about how the ranking system works.
"Thesysthink" was involved in crafting the initial ranks and then we took it from there and fine tuned them along with the logos.
Hope everyone will like it. In the near future I will be choosing a few candidates who will be given the right to nominate members for ranks.

Thanks for bringing that to my notice. The mail server had shut down. The website was offline most of last night and I only found out today in the morning and restarted it [hate it when that happens :evil:]
Anyways, regarding the T-Shirt, they will be hopefuly be up for grabs in about a month.
