I wanna knw how to put formals on Ex-cel , how to give links, I wana know all abt E-xcell please help me . and I want know abt Preparation ESI , PF , Gratuity and monthly returns /anual retruns . It is not easy to learn Excel from a book, you need to enrol in a basic class first and then practice, practice, practice. Once you have learned the basics, you can use a book to help you with other functions. There are numerous books on Excel so no-one can recommend one to you. I suggest you look first at Excel for Dummies, should be available at any good bookshop in India I think. There is also a lot of material posted here on CiteHR about Excel. Just use the Download box at the top of the page to find it.
