Dear All,
As per my knowldge, if Festival holidays fall on sunday then a substitute holiday need to be given.
Where as the same thing is not applicable in national Holidays. (If at all you require any changes then a fresh set of forms i.e Form 1, II, III and V need to be submitted to labour office)
pls revert for any clarification

Dear Subrata, The Sl is applicable for Non ESI Staff, and minimum Three SL can take up with Medical certificate. any thing less then three days, there is no need of SL. Regards Pandey
