Dear sir / Madam, I was working as Sr.Accountant at one company since 4 years and 4.5 month.
Complaint is :- At my office premises in my seat I was working @ 16/05/20 around 10 am my superior Accounts head GM came over to me, he was forcefully shouting, purposefully and said get out from office and demanded a resignation without any reason,,,the moment Bangalore facing COVID 19 issue ..they force fully sent back to me immediately with out intimate/Notice after I came back to my home I have sent resignation mail and they accepted..now they are not paying salary and my F&F.

There should be a reason for such shouting by the Head of the Department, please find out that and if needed you speak to the boss, for what has happened with you.
But initially on the same day you should have discussed with him for such issue. Now past is past as you have submitted resignation and they accepted.
You can only request them to provide the dues legally for your sustenance and move on.
