Please find a format that will help you do Review of the employees before their 6 or 12 confirmation time. I typically use this after 6 or 9 months after employee joining, just before they are being confirmed so that we can provide feedback and help new employee to have sometime to develop/acquire certain skills that are crucial for an organization before any employee confirmation. However, you may customize the format according to your new employees confirmation periods.
