Hello all, In our company, we have hired a Trainee for the work of Coil & Winding. Qualification of the trainee Btech, and industrial training certificate. The company is located at Haryana. If we hire under the act Apprentices 1961 what are the criteria to provide a stipend? Will the minimum wages act be applicable? PF, ESIC & LWF will be applicable? Any duration is fixed? And how we can reimburse the Government?
