Hello All, I am working in a company which provides manpower as third party payroll (Like Vendor). The company tell to Change the Minimum Wages of the state (Resource Data is provided by them). My Question is that Can we change the Work Order of Half Resource in one month and the other half resources in the next month of the same state? Is it right to do? Do we face any Compliance Issue? What will be the Role of Vendor HR in it?
