Thanks for Ur sharing, i found the answers for 2 questions only which U was said having doubt, Q2) Which form is used to claim for ESI benefit?- Form 16 is correct form i think (I searched in ESI Website Form 18 like that no form available, but sure form 18 is usieng for submit Accident Report to Inspector of Factories)
Q3) For which of the following deduction intimation in wriiten is given to the employee accoding to payment of wages act? C only correct answer for both only.
I herewith attached some Objective type of questions which i was collect from UGC Website(Sorry but not solved). Keep continue ur Sharing regarding this.

Form 16 is also using in ESI not only Salary and Tax the format is different, after confirmation only i post that. Form 16 is Claim for Periodical payment of Dependent Benefit. If U've doubt please refer esi website ESIC Home Page.

According to Me, at first time itself we want to enter Core HR after well trained in all fields only hv to go as a Specilist like Recruiter, Trainer, Compliance Officer.

You are absolutely right but its easy to get a profile of recruiter instead of getting core HR profile.
I am also trying to get ino core HR but not getting any information about the hiring as companies never disclose about HR hiring.If you are having any information regarding HR job in Delhi NCR please do let me know
