Here with I am sharing one good practice which I have been running since April 2009.
I circulate an Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Test infront of all employees by mail with timeline & bonus point for answer every week.
So four test in a month. Cummulative of all four test answers will decide first three winners and I give them gifts as reward in "All Hands Meet" every month through Plant Head. They can give answer by finding from anywhere like books, internet, from friend, etc.
This has done a good safety awareness among all employees.
This is highly appreciated by top management and I have started OHSE test in local language for shop floor employees like operators, helpers, contract workers, etc.
This will definitely help you to improve your safety culture.
One test is attached herewith for your information.

for answers one need to search book ... internet ... need to talk with
senior persons .......etc . which will help in creating interest in safety .
by this way awareness level will definately increase .
