Freelance Recruiters will be associated with the Aspiration Management Consulting as specialists and generalists' recruiters who will source candidates. We will share a part of the revenue with the freelance recruiters. The terms and condition of the freelance recruiters will be mutually agreed.
Freelance Business Development Professionals will be associated with Aspiration Management Consulting as freelance business development specialists. Business development will involve tie-ups with companies for their recruitment practices and other HR marketing requirements.
