Dear All, Had a query regarding the sandwich leave Policy, if an employee takes leave on the 27th Jan Saturday in continuation with the 26th Jan will the weekends be considered as sandwich leave (Sat is working for the organization)

Hi, If the employee continue his / her leave till Monday 29.1.24 then only it will be considered as sandwich leave. If the employee reports back to work on Monday then sandwich leave will not apply.
