I am MBA HR ... Working with the top IT organisation... I have keen interest in Organisation Development and Organisational Behaviour.
Want to Pursue my career in these two field in a Councellor/ Consultant Kind of role ... are there any certification cources for these.
Also please suggest what should be my Career progression .... I know it requires lot of exp to be a consultant ... please suggtest me some good certification courses that will help me in my career progression and will help me reach my Goal.

I request you to spare few minutes and suggest me as I am working in a software compnay as Executive HR and have completed PGDBA HR sfom Symbiosis, Pune through distance learning and a regular diploma in Personnem management from YMCA, New Delhi.
Now I want to undertake some other professional 6 month or 1 year course tha would help me in long run. But Really I dont have any idea likefor which course should I opt for and that too in Delhi only.
