Plz see that under The Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 as applicable to the stater of Haryana & Rules made thereunder we are not ask to send any return. We are to deposit LWFC to the Welfare Commissioner yearly. As per Rule 22(2) we are to forward extract of Form B ( Register) pertaining to the previous year to Welfare Commissioner by 31st January every year.
