This is an excellent resource. I am a Principal OHS Consultant in a government department in Australia and back injuries are a big concern here too. Even something as simple as turning in the driver's seat of the car to get something from the back seat causes injury!
Many of our injuries come from the combined forces of twisting and stretching. When you add lifting (even a small weight) to this it often means disaster!
