sir i am working with a interior designing company as a HR Executive. now recentally
my company have two project one is faridabaa and second one in dehradun so sir our company ingaged there as a sub vender so my confusion is that i would take two contract licence for different states.
and sir if we used wc policy behalf of E.S.I than it is enough for compliances because in dehradun our work not so long maximum 4 months.

The question is how many people you are engaging. Only if it is more than 20 the license issue would come. Sub contractor may have license.
check this. Is ESI applicable at the place of work. If so that is mandatory. Thereafter wc is optional. If no ESI think of WC or other kinds of insurance.
