Dear Sir/Madam, Can we calculate salary between 30th and 29th instead of 1 to 30/31st of every month?

Hi,

I think you are meaning salary closing date. For internal convenience many Organization follow different salary cycle dates. Employees will get full salary only for that month however leave availed after salary closing date will be considered in the next salary cycle.

Normally, salary is calculated based on the entire calendar month, from the 1st to the 30th or 31st of the month cookie clicker. This is common practice because it conforms to standard accounting calendars and practices.
