Dear All,
For conducting training , first thing is to get the need assessment. The training need assessment may got from the respective user division Heads every year. The training subjects may be 1. Technical, Safety, Environment,Health, Quality and business development general topics like Motivation, Time management, team Building, Attitudinal change, change management etc.
Based on training need assessment, you make the Training plan or calender for the Year. Then implement the training plan.
The induction or orientation training as when any new comer joins the organization.
