A small inkling/clue for you - search should include specific words of which format/ file you would like research.
For instance, the above file was drawn from the search criterion "policy on work from home" or "homeworking policy". Though some requires explicit key words to filter the desired post.

Hi Meenu, Leading companies like Yahoo are switching off the Work from Home policy... Dont you read papers. This new items was there in the media only yesterday. Perhaps it has not been really successful for the organisations. May be it is fine with the employees.... There is a joke about this policy: There are three kinds of lies. They are: LIES, UTTER LIES AND WORKING FROM HOME ! hahahah Just a joke... Dont mistake me !
