1. In an organization who are all eligible to contribute towards LWF?
2. If someone earns more than 15000 but still being in the Worker cadre, should he contribute?
3. If someone in the Managerial cadre, earns more than 15000, should his contribution be deducted?
4. If an employee leaves the organization per se in July month. Should I deduct from his F&F and pay in January?
5. If I am only eligible to avail of the benefits from LWFO if my salary is below 25000, in this case, Why do I have to contribute if I earn more than 25K and when I am not eligible to avail of any of those benefits?
Kindly clarify all my above doubts, please.
