Dear Mr. Sir, I have a question. We have a worker who joined last month but we had not registered with PF & ESI, can we pay the last month's PF & ESI deductions?
If so, how can we deduct from employees for last month's deductions? They will suffer a lot!

First you will have to get registered with epf and esic for contributing the same. You can not simply deduct epf and esic before registration.it is wrong.

The employer has to enroll the new employee immediate on joining, and NOT later than 14 calendar days, the pop up displays on ESIC site
and ESIC/EPF is payable from the date of joining as per register of employees maintained

first of all register the employees as per attendance register in epf and esic portals
then
you can file ECR for the pending employees for the pending month /s under EPF, it will not restrict
then for ESIC when you will proceed, it will display contribution already filed, then opt for supplementary contribution, and from that point insert the IP no, it will populate the IP details, and enter no of days and amount of wages, and file the contibution and generate the payment

Sir one more thing, if we register any worker after more than 10 days, ESI department will issue a notification for delay date of registration, so what is better solution in this situation.

if the employee already has IP membership of ESIC from past employer, then that joining date would be valid and TIC will be effective,
if it is fresh registration, then the employee has to visit the local dispensary, within 2 weeks to validate the same ( it will get displayed on the TIC after generation, in case of new IP no allotment)
and yes interest applicable would be charged by both departments in their portal for late payment
