RPFC has launched EPFi Grievance Management System, where members can track , lodge complaint against their PF withdrawal. Currently this website will work for computerized branches only.

Also RPFC have launched a SMS based service for the benefit of stakeholders. While submitting the claims, write your mobile number on the top of the form. This will help getting SMS update on your withdrawal request. (Attach notice).
This is a great initiative by RPFC, let’s just pray with God that this time it work!!!
