Personal conversations should take place in your private message folder and not in the forum.
Sathya: you can go the project which Divyaram has prooposed or which you have choosen....but i would suggest that you should
1) include the cost (yearly / monthly) for outsourcing recruitment
activities
2) Include the cost (yearly / monthly) for in house recruitment activities
3) Include the cost for Job portals yearly
4) You can also include IJP (Internal Job Postings) / ICP (Internal Career Postings) wherein you
can include openings prevailing in yo organisation and get nominations from your employees
who wants to chage their profile and then intercview can be conducted....
