I heard about this company from 2 yrs, i feel its a medium level company doing good business,they are into consulting and Development. They mostly work on Java and .Net Technologies, its running good.
You can even browse at www.a-ipl.com.It may help you to get some info about the company.

Ur friend can join in this org, but the thing is first calculate the salary getting to her and her expenses( Jubliee hills is very expensive locality).
over all this org is good..
