Hi All, One of my friends resign from his company, and before submitting the laptop he formatted that laptop due to some code version and personal data.
Now he handover that laptop to Company. Is there any issue that will happen for him during getting clearance and separation?

What about the policy on employee separation? Does the policy mention the method to hand over the soft data? Has your friend signed an undertaking for handing over the soft data?
