Dear Sir, In our organisation we have given contract work for bagging loading and unloading about 40 members of hamalies. The contract has no License, PF code & ESI code. Is it the responsibility of Principle employer to pay the PF & ESI. And Hamalies are not fixed names - is their applicability for PF & ESI Please clarify sir.
